Fertilizer Fund Scam. Why?

The Commission of Audit (COA) has found several irregularities in the use of the P728-million fertilizer fund and in the implementation for the Department of Agriculture’s Ginintuang Masaganang Ani (GMA) hybrid rice program in 2004. Published by Philippine Star NEWS last April 7, 2006.

Why is this happening? P728-million is a lot of money wherein poor Filipino people are the one who owned the money. I believed for the fact that this money was spend successfully but in an illegal way. Like for instance, original cost per liter of a Prime EC brand of fertilizer is only P150.00/liter, but why is that the NGO’s & PO’s bought it at P1,500.00/liter or an excess cost of 1,000 percent? This is a rampant overpricing! Why is this happening? Is it for the interests of the Administration or ?. Filipino people must have to know what is happening. This is our money (Filipino people); and most importantly we spend our life and blood just to pay our taxes and yet it will only spend into an interest of few people that has the power to do it.

The worst part of this is that the documents that COA needed to Audit is that part of P728-million amounting to P49-million was transferred to Region VIII Regional Field unit was gutted into a fire.

We need to have an explanation on these allegations. We must have to know what is happening in every single centavo that we Filipino people are paying.

Cha-cha, S-T-O-P it!

First of all “The Peoples Initiative is Unconstitutional”, 2nd your wasting money of the poor Filipino people, 3rd it is the right of the Filipino people to choose. I don’t really know why the President & some congressmen are pursuing these so called “CHA-CHA”.

“Lambino said STOP Cha-cha is an elitist move to block the Poor’s clamor for charter change.” excerpt from this site http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/topofthehour.aspx?StoryId=37134

Poor’s clamor? This is not what the Filipino is shouting about; I believed that this is only your own opinion. Filipino poor people are clamoring for food, jobs, good & competitive education, medicines and a lot more. So please we beg you S-T-O-P charter change.

PNP into Labor Day Battle

I’ve seen the news yesterday night and I was so upset that the head of the Philippine National Police is ordering the PNP Officers to practice on how to disperse the Militant Group for the upcoming Labor Day Rally. It is like preparing themselves into a battle. These professional officers are not designed to be the enemy of the Filipino Citizen; their duty is to protect and served not to create war against fellow Filipino. Let us not create obstacle between fellow Filipino; let us understand why the Militant Group are doing these? Let us listen first before we create necessary actions. With these, I do believed that someday; Philippines will be as peaceful as the bird in the sky.

Upcoming Labor Day

I am appealing for both Administrations especially the PNP & Opposition to celebrate this event in a peaceful way. Let us give freedom to the Filipino people to express their feelings WHY they wanted changes in the present Administration. I know that the PNP are doing their jobs well to pleased the administration because of their new benefits and privileges that the President give them; but please do not also forget that you are bound (PNP) to protect and served the Filipino people that has “NO POWER” nor “MONEY” that only wants FREEDOM.

Injustice Secretary

Sec. Gonzales, "i strongly believed that you are not fit to your position as Sec. of Justice". You are the only Justice Secretary in my whole life that has been very unfair to your fellow Filipino. I have watched all of your decision's nor your interviews and it seems that you're against Filipino people that only wants fair decisions; you have been so BIAS for the benefit of the Administration. My God, My God... what is happening to our country.

Defend our Rights

Filipino people wanted jobs, a home to live, a good education and most importantly our RIGHTS. As Senator Recto told INQ7 "Can you imagine taking out the public's right to vote for their barangay captain (village chief)? What more their right to vote for a president?"I am appealing to the Government to please concentrate/focus on the lives of each Filipino people; create more jobs opportunity and respect our rights.
