Constitutional Violation

1) Violation of the constitutional policy of full disclosure and the right of the people to be informed on matters of public concern (Section 27, Article II, and Section 7, Article III )

The MOA was prepared, finalized, and initialed / signed without proper and adequate public consultation and transparency as required by Section 27, Article II of the Constitution, which proclaims the policy of the State “of full disclosure of all its transactions involving public interest.”

In addition, the Constitution in Section 7, Article III asserts that “the right of the people to information of matters of public concern shall be recognized.” No public consultation with the people was made in the negotiation and writing of the MOA.

2) Violation of the rule regarding the creation, division, merger, abolition, or alteration of boundaries of local government units (Section 9, Article X)

The MOA creates the Bangsamoro Juridical Entity (BJE) which will have authority and jurisdiction over the territory created for the Bangsamoro homeland and grants it sovereign powers. This creation of a state within the State is in clear violation of the Constitution, which reposes in Congress all functions and powers to create, divide, merge, abolish or alter the boundaries of LGU’s. By creating the BJE and the Bangsamoro homeland without going through the Constitutional requirements. The MOA is an anomaly. The cure is to strike it down as invalid.

3) Violation of the Separation of Powers (Article VI and VII)

The Executive exceeded its authority, acted without jurisdiction, and abused its discretion in seeking to bind the legislature, a co-equal branch of government, by committing itself to the creation of BJE.

4) Violation of Equal Protection Clause (Article III, Section I)

Even assuming that the powers granted to the BJE under the MOA are less than that sovereign power, the document grants the BJE additional powers that are not accorded to the other regions of the country. This is in violation of the equal protection clause of the Constitution embodied in Article III, Section I.

5) Violation of the Constitutional rule on separation of Church and State. (Section 6, Article II)

The implementation of the terms of the MOA would result in violation of the constitutional mandate of separation of Church and State. The MILF is left free to create an Islamic State, with a judicial system enforcing Shariah which is based in Koran. The officials of the BJE would be chosen from the ranks of Islam believers, violating constitutional prohibitation against using religious tests for public office.

SONA 2008

Few hours from now, our dear President will showed out publicly to twaddle her deeds and achievement for her past projects and new proposals for the developmentof her dream country in twinge.

SONA is her guide to lend the attention of Filipino people toget straight in thier television or radio to listen another"fairy tale" as what former President Joseph Estrada acclaimed. For Senator Joker Arroyo, SONA is another state "fashion show".This is her power to "again" promise and let Filipino peopleget star struck in her governance.

SONA is meaningless unless she will permanently injured the sources of every Filipino's pains. What are the things she must actively do?

1. Enough support for agrarian needs
2. Create job oppurtunities where every Filipino status are qualified .
3. Exercise professionals and skilled workers as major factors of coutry's economic raisers.
4. Secure education, medical needs, and peace. And update Filipino hopefuls for Information and Tecnology.
5. Humanitarian supervision of the country and illegalized political dynasty.
6. Disinffect thieves and corrupt officials, and control the country's race in progress.
7. Moral and religious aspect as centralize instrument of unity.

SONA for our militants can be abbreviate as Statement of the Nation's Agony. Let's change the phase and re-create a reality. Let's take a few minutes to listen her story. And react simultaneously if needed.

Dahil Nasa Posisyon Kayo

Justice Secretary Raul Maravilla Gonzales, a man with dirty word who act innocent but talk arrogantly. I can't forget what he said last wednesday about his reaction when ZTE-NBN star witness Jun Lozada revealed that Sec. Romulo Neri told them that President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is EVIL,but then he throw back that our civil society are the EVIL SOCIETY because they arose again for Pro-Gloria Resign movement. He is the Secretary of Justice but then why he is playing in a one sided game. He is the most boastful Secretaries under the Arroyo regime and I think he deserve to recieve an award for that.

Way back on past, it was 1989 when he was suspended by the Supreme Court from the practice for an indefinite period as a Tanodbayan for ignorance of the law. Then after 4 1/2 years of suspention he was appointed to get active in his service. And in 2004 President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo appointed him as the Secretary of Justice. But then as a person who is pokering his honesty to the President he was allegedly suspected of vote-buying controversies in his home town Iloilo. Senator Antonio Trillanes thrown words about the in-Justice Secetary that he need some mental ailment, for threating the media unlawful after the Manila Peninsula stand-off.

He is part of the worst leadership in our country today and I think he don't deserve to run away in his position because his master still holds his neck for the Presidents goods. I want also to knock the door of our dear President, maybe she don't really know what her comrades has been doing in thier position. Her own husband is the one who push her for this unlawful and foolish leadership yet she remain quiet acting like a child allowing her man for continously misleading the country.

What people fear one day is that if FG will advice the President to use the power of our police and militaries that will be the time we'll be back to Martial Law.But then I hope prayer can still refresh the mind of this officials and one day they will visit our churches with empty for material desires, thievery, corruptions, and one day they will on the street fighting for what is good for the benefits of many not for few.

Erap JOKES!..

I just hear this last night from our former President Joseph Estrada. He was interviewed about his reaction about ZTE-NBN Scandal. Before he start the interview he crack it with a joke. Read this:
When the first gentleman coming out from the hospital, he was talking with his spiritual adviser.

First Gentleman: Father, I want to be a good man. I want to be clean.

Spiritual Adviser: It's easy. You should only hear no evil! See no evil!

First Gentleman said: That's impossible father!, I always see and hear my wife. She is EVIL

Sec. Neri (Don’t waste your life & soul)

Sec। Neri, I do believe that you still have conscience, and we all know (Filipino People) that you are afraid on what will gonna happen next if you testify and to reveal the truth and to confirm all the statements that Mr. Lozada and Mr. Joey de Venecia had testified.

We deem that your heart is still in our country and don’t waste it to a few powerful people that you are afraid of, have fear on God. Just always remember this that I myself including all those who have work that are paying their TAXES everyday is just a simple, poor Filipino. You must decide NOW, don’t waste your life and soul!

Dirty Hari Strikes Again

Manila city Mayor Alfredo Lim strikes again as he clean up Manila Police District to stop those who abuse their position.

“Cooperate or you will evaporate”, this is his strong command to all of the police officers in Manila. It is one of his campaigns to stop those who use their position to fatten their pockets.

This kind of officials is what our country needs, like Manila Mayor Alfredo “Dirty Hari” Lim and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo “The Punisher” Duterte. If you want to cooperate shout your mouth, listen and follow.

Battlecry of Generals

It’s a new war that has been arising between Opposition Senator Panfilo Lacson and AFP General Hermogenes Esperon. Things started when General Esperon extended his term that is supposed to end on February 9,2008. But the other side trashes an assault that Senator Lacson was part of the 2006 coup.

It is another dirty political tactics will come out as revelation for both side as we know that the one behind the Esperon’s extension in his term is his commander-in-chief President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

Just Asking!

Does it come in your mind why our country was called as puppets of Americans? I’ve always hear that phrase in television or in radio or even read in newspaper every time there is a rally. Is theirs a secret behind this why we, Filipinos act like dog to his master (America)?

When I was a child, my father told me that if we can notice the shape of our country it is like a dog sitting on its butt. See it for yourself! Does it have any relation to our personality? Are you offended? Then ask why we still keep our feet stranded in the side of foreign regime. Well, no hard feeling I’m just asking!

I'm a Bad Politician but a Good Economist: Pagmamalaki ni Pres. GMA

GOOD ECONOMIST?

Gen. Esperon –“Family is vital”

Gen. Esperon, I think it’s not fair enough especially to the family of all Military Detainee that they cannot visit their husbands. You must realize that you are affecting many families, and that family is imperative especially when they are not at home. Think many times when doing something that is not fair to all concern, not just your own will but for sake of many.

Ineffectual Courage of Young De Venecia

After ZTE broadband deal scandal spread out all over the country, it also caught the attention of our senators and brought it in the senate where efforts and time was wasted for the investigation, behind this scandal the one who serve as whistle blower in this scam is now out of sight.

The President and House Speaker’s relationship has been silently in cold war when young De Venecia publicly renounced that there is a direct jugglery in their bidding where ZTE won it in unquestionable consequences. Joey directly pointing out First Gentleman as the primary master of this scam. But as we all expected as a man in position his dogs come out to back up their master.

It was reported that Sec. Leandro Mendoza of Department of Transportation and Communication threatened Joey’s security. And also last November President Gloria Arroyo and House Speaker Jose De Venecia meet in their meeting of LAKAS-NUCD where everything were arranged about this scam and keep things out of the woods again.

Does it mean that blood is NOT thicker than water? But power and money can!

AIDS - "An Alarming Illness"

What is AIDS? AIDS or Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome is a collection of symptoms and infections resulting from the specific damage to the immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in humans,[1] and similar viruses in other species (SIV, FIV, etc.). Excerpt from this site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AIDS

As we celebrate World AIDS Day, again I would like to remind each and every Filipino especially those who are working abroad (OFW) that AIDS is everywhere, and it can transmit to you anytime. We will not wait for this illness to conquer us; there are a lot of contraceptives that you can use to prevent any type of sickness.

Ang Sundalo ng Republika ng Pilippinas

I would like to promote this website as it emphasized what is really happening inside and outside of the Military. I am encouraging all readers of this website to be fair to all concerned parties. I am not Pro-Ad and Oppositions, I spoke in behalf of my citizenship as Filipino. I do believed that each and every Filipino must know what is really happening in our country.

Declaration: The Unfinished Business

Want to know the reason about what had happened to Makati last Wednesday. Check this link to understand the natures of our present fighter; the Magdalo http://www.sundalo.bravehost.com/

Men of Past and Present

A day before we celebrate the 144th birth of Andres Bonifacio, the nation was again astonish when ex-soldier and now Senator Antonio Trillanes elude from his hearing and march along with his Magdalo companions to revoke against our government. Their adequate desire to stop corruption and some alleged leaders behind the suffering of Filipino community to poverty strengthen them even in a small group they are.

I salute Sen. Trillanes for not showing a single fear for that instance, he is the man who speaks for many. He doesn’t mind what ever may be the charges that those official under this government might file against him. Like Andres Bonifacio, he doesn’t stop in fighting for freedom and corruption. And they both have their own passion to express there believe.

As a citizen in this country I want to assure this, that if time comes that our Inang Bayan will call her son’s to fight for her (our country), I would not hesitate to offer my service.

Although Andres Bonifacio loss his fight during his time. Antonio Trillanes is a revelation that in our generation, we though have real heroes like them.
